Last Updated: May 2026
Welcome to Threaded London (threadedlondon.com). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our bespoke embroidery services and products.
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use threadedlondon.com if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Information About Us
Threaded London ("we", "us", "our") is a business operating in the United Kingdom.
-
Business Address: 893 Great West Rd, Isleworth, Brentford TW7 5PD
-
Email Address: info@threadedlondon.com
2. Bespoke Orders and Personalisation
We specialise in creating bespoke embroidery. By submitting an order for a custom or personalised item, you agree to the following:
-
Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided for bespoke orders (including text, spelling, sizing, and design specifications) are strictly correct at the time of ordering.
-
Customer Designs: If you provide your own artwork or logos for embroidery, you warrant that you hold the necessary intellectual property rights or permissions to use those designs. Threaded London accepts no liability for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
-
Variations: Due to the custom nature of embroidery and differences in monitor displays, slight variations in thread colour, sizing, and placement may occur. These are not considered faults.
3. Returns and Refunds
-
Bespoke and Personalised Items: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel or return an order does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. Therefore, all sales of custom embroidery are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or fundamentally do not match the order specifications.
-
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item or an error was made on our part, please contact us at info@threadedlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
4. Pricing and Payment
-
All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and [include/do not include] VAT, where applicable.
-
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
-
Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept all types of payments.
5. Shipping and Delivery
-
We aim to process and dispatch all bespoke orders within 2–3 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
-
Threaded London is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
-
Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
