How long does a bespoke order take?
Good things take time. Our standard turnaround for personalised embroidery is 2–3 weeks, as every piece is hand-finished with care in our London studio. For weddings, we highly suggest ordering no less than a month in advance. Please note that any orders required in under 29 days will incur a 15% express fee, applicable to all products and bespoke items.
Can I send you my own item to embroider?
Absolutely. We love breathing new life into your cherished pieces. Whether it’s a vintage jacket or a wedding preparation robe, you can send your items directly to our studio for personalisation. Simply visit our 'Bespoke' page to start the process.
Can you embroider handwriting or drawings?
Yes, this is one of our favourite requests. We can transform a handwritten note or a special drawing into embroidery to create a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Please upload a clear photo of the writing when placing your custom order.
